Should have said you can set it to show the planets, their names, the constellations and their names and borders, etc. As well as changing the date and viewing from a few different locations on the earth.

Not sure if anybody would be interested in seeing what the sky (planets and constellations) would look like from earth at a few different spots but if so you could always download this stellarium from http://www.stellarium.org/ Or if you want you could even change the date to just about any point in...

Yup - I used to use http://www.fourmilab.ch/earthview/ which is also tied to the NOAA site you showed, but the Wikipedia one shows the Athena/Zeus connection better. Just can't figure out where all the water would've gone though IF (and it is a really big IF) its what actually showed. Or for how lon...

Actually for all they really know about Stonehenge, it could have well have been a center for entertainment - a gala - or a hub for trading. Maybe that's what those post holes were - the earliest huts at the bazaar - :D I mean - why else would so many expend so much effort into building something th...

Ish - Beags had started a post on the everything else forum and I had posted some links in there to some topograpical ocean maps. The topic was A Forgotten World. Please don't blame Beags for my flakiness :( But as far as the myths - not disputing what you were saying Ish. Just trying to come up wit...
