Re: Arboreal phase near Gobekli Tepe
Peanuts at Gobekli Tepe? This indicates contact with America -- 1st, 2nd, 3rd hand or greater. This does not surprise me, since a very early variety of peanut was found in a Shang Era Chinese tomb roughly 50 years ago. The reference article about Gobekli Tepe cited in this thread is no longer availa...

Re: Problematic Discoveries
Hi E. P. Sotty to take so long to get back to you, I've been up to my arse in agitations -- arguments with the VA, and a couple of deadlines. There may be some conections, as the Huastecan language is related to Numic languages. As near as I can determine, the culture is quite different from other C...

Re: Problematic Discoveries
Sir, Startling discovery? If you can't give examples of evidence, you shoul keep your onpinions to yourself until you can publish evidence. If you are tecnknicdally limited, then that is a problem for you alone. Don't inundate us with B.S. Your unsupported opinions are worthless and time-wasting. &q...

"Rock art"? I am sick and tired of this -- totally fed up! I wish people would get things straight in their terminology. The word "art" does not occur in most native languages, and certainly not in the American native languages. "Art" with its current meaning is a fairl...

The "genetecists" strike again! Publishing controversial material with minimal evidence is a good method for getting more money into your program. Has nothing to do with science, just venalism -- printer's ink on paper equals dollars for the school. Unfortunately, Australia has big problem...

Re: The timing of the rise in sea levels, part 2
Question Sir,
I need to find North and South American coastal sea levels circa 4000 - 5000 BP. Also concerned with condition of the Drake Passage at this period.
I'll appreciate help on where to find this info, since I am not having a lot of luck.
Thanks,
Ed
