Re: Nice Detective Work

I agree, great work. I've always wondered What If Richard had prevailed and the Tudor's had not come to power?

Last name is Miller he is basically unknown but his father was a loyal Republican Congressman in FL. I bet...

Is it just me or does it always seem the first person to come up with an alternative to the accepted theory gets blasted and then a couple of years later someone else says the same thing and it is accepted. Maybe not accepted but at least the second person to go against the popular view point isn't ...

Gunny, I also read the book and couldn't put it down. I was horrified by what happened with the original research and the lack of interest in the scientific community. It just seems to me people would be jumping up and down with excitement ove a find like that instead of either ignoring or trying to...

I wish the nuts lived next door to the Governor. He deserves them!

As for them being a pain in the butt they are that. All you can do is just ignore people that act the way they do.

Just to add my 2 cents to this conversation I have neighbors that moved in next door and made a total display of themselves annoucing what wonderful Fundamentalist Christians they were. I just head they are moving. I only can hope we get some heathens that buy that house. Multiply Arch about 10 time...

Thanks for the replies. This is such a facinating subject and I'm really interested in what they are finding almost daily now it seems. Starting from zero, knowledge wise, it is nice to have this board and read all the comments and theories. I find it even better now that you don't have someone give...

Just a thought about Neanderthals and their origins I would like to ask the board. Is there any possiblity that they were on the same evolutionary path as modern man and something happened because of environment or some weird genetic malfunction due to their environment that caused them to be so dif...

European Tooth

Some of the finds lately are exciting. I just wish they got more publicity. Is it possible to extract DNA from something that old and small?

Guys!

You guys would argue with a fence post. However, I must say I find it very entertaining. Last Sunday I went to see the movie. Entertaining but over the top visually. I thought the History Channel did a better job. Like every movie or TV Program I've ever seen that dipicts something from the past it ...

Min,
Great picture but it could never be. I thought Roman military leaders actually had to fight?
