I've suggested books by reputable scholars, you decline to read them. You only want simple answers to complex problems, like you get out of your bible (and I call it yours because you apparently subscribe to its nonsense.) Keep on believing that God created man out of dirt....instead of the obvious ...

Not every civilization has mass-entertainment sports....but all of them seem to have priests sucking the life out of people. You know, Realist, virtually every religion comes down to one basic premise. Some guy says to another guy: "Psst, hey you. Listen. God told me to tell you that he wants t...

Look at how many have collapsed.

But the 3 Giza Pyramids are pretty much intact.

Stan gets it. I don't feel like re-capping the whole discussion at this point.

Guys, it is obvious that there is no evidence that either of you will ever accept. Feel free to adhere to your fables if it makes you feel comfortable. Meanwhile, you might consider this quotation: I contend that we are both atheists. I just believe in one fewer god than you do. When you understand ...

For about the 200th time...YES. Archaeology is certainly possible without the bible. Perhaps even desirable. There are numerous cultures on earth which have survived quite well without exposure to that particular tome. They still have histories. They still have artifacts. It is typical of the West t...

http://home.inu.net/skeptic/flood.html Modern investigative scholarship has shown the Genesis accounts (there are two of them) of the “Great Flood” and its hero, Noah, to be pure fiction. Much of it was plagiarized from older cultures such as Sumaria and Babylonia. To accept this story as fact flie...

That's only one article. I know that few people outside America actually care about this "debate", but continually quoting only one source isn't the best way for supporters of evolution to prove their point. I disagree completely. Unfortunately, evolution and its related sciences are so c...

Someone watched the History channel last night. :D Yonaguni, Bimini, Amazons, Stonehenge were all discussed on their and Bob's favorite guys were on there. Schocke, West, and Hancock and they didn't all agree. I have to agree with Schocke that it looks like a natural formation. The part about there...
