Open Question: Statistical Analysis of Cultural Morphology

Post by john »

All -

So we have statistical analysis of the rate of mutation of mitochondrial DNA

Leading us to the "Mitochondrial Mother."

And we have statistical analysis of the rate of linguistic mutation

To determine the "Mitochondrial Mother" of language.

Does anyone know of a similar analysis of the "Mitochondrial Mother"

With respect to what we recognize as culture?

Other than my favorite, hematite.
