Hello from the sand bar

Novice here from Florida.

I've been reading the board for a year, and decided to make myself known, or become a target, depending on how you look at it.

I've had an interest in digging up fossils & signs of ancient inhabitants since I was a young child. My parents' property was a great place to dig up arrowheads, sea fossils & horse teeth from millions of years past. I haven't been able to explore that world for some time now, but reading here has piqued my interest again.

Heh. I don't know if I'll be able to give fresh insight, or not. Annoying questions are probably more my speed.
