That's interesting. But something must cause the rising and sinking in sea levels. I don't think the sea would just decide to do it all by itself, would it? :)

I thought that changing sea levels is usually caused by
ice that is on land, or
not as much ice on the land ,
as the weather shifts, you get sea level changes from it.
the last 10K years of so, we have had very stable weather.
