Paleo Blade

Post by Cognito »

If your talking about the white stuff, it's carbonate.
Nope ... I should have been more specific. What is the primary material of the blade? It looks like chalcedony. Can you tell?

Yup ... it's pretty. Mohs hardness scale 7. Seems like that was the ideal material for flintknapping ... chert, chalcedony, and petrified stuff. 8)

Yup. Brittle enough to be sharp, but not so brittle that it can't be worked.

Crazy? Nah.

Rocks in your head? Maybe.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.
