May I take this oportunity of pointing out that I simply made a technical observation in an attempt at clarification. No report I have ever seen describes these structures other than as pyramids, possibly qualified as step, flat topped, or truncated.
Now it may have escaped your notice RS that only you have managed to make an issue of my observation. I wonder why that might be?

Because you're an important man, of course. I'll have to repeat myself: Ooooh, la-di-da!

Which simply leaves me wondering still as to why you remain the only one in step, why you cannot hold a debate without getting snotty?
Why you have failed to understand after all your insults that they have no effect on me at all, so why do you bother?

Repeating a load of BS still leaves it as BS of course. I didn't define a flat topped pyramid as truncated it's a standard definition, why the hell do you have make an issue of everything, nobody else has? Doesn't that tell you anything?
I was corrected on another forum, I was pleased, at least I then knew better, all part of a learning curve, no requirement for rudeness from anybody.

 : my bro – a Dutchman – is now, as we speak, head of the race course Marshalls at the 2010 World Championships Formula hovercrafting*, that take place near Towcester, UK. In the heart of England. You know why my bro, a Dutchman? Because none of the English organisers speak anything but English while the race course Marshalls hail from just about anywhere BUT the UK. So the English organisers have problems communicating with them. In English! In England! And they needed someone who can communicate in French, German, Spanish (and Dutch) with the race course Marshall corps as well...
Native English-speakers can't.

So you had better worry about your own (countrymen's) foreign language shortcomings, my friend.

That doesn't seem to stop you from debiting that BS: this thread, as started by the OP, is about physical, man-made, stylized constructions. Not about geometry, English, or anything else.

*watch the races live here: http://www.hover-racing.org/. They've just concluded Day 1; they'll continue tomorrow and Friday.

Granted. You pointed out that this was an Archaeological forum, I agree. It is not therefore an organ for you to spill your bile against any of us.
Cognito will inform, and correct if necessary about maps, DNA etc and Min will do likewise on the Romans and so on, all very civilly.
Till you join in!
I made an observation that the tech name for a flat topped pyramid was truncated, that definiton refers to any pyramid, paper or stone. I also observed that for some reason that started you off on your usual abusive diatribe, nobody else, just you! I'm not sure what your problem is but the sooner you get over it and learn to control your temper the better.

You should have thought of that before you used that organ as the medium to attack me, personally. I simply respond in kind.

I suggest closing the thread.

The 'point' has been made.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.
