dr -

youre wrong.

it is cerberos (from the gr. kerberos - gotta get the attic alphabet on this box), although you ambushed me with a technicality. the oed spelling is kerberus, preferring the latin tag to the greek tag i automatically used.

now i gotta read about 99 pages of floodlust.

back soon.

veracity -

as samuel clemens often commented - in another context - just speaking your chosen internet handle is a sarcasm.

however..........

i only need you to confirm three dates:

1.) the creation of the earth, and all within, by god.

2.) noah's flood

3.) the birth of jchrist.

i don't need it to the month or day. the year would suffice.

"In the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth."

That says in the beginning, so before the beginning, there was no time as we know it, so there was no matter either, because matter requires time to respond to the second law of thermodynamics.

Noah's Flood about 4,400 years ago.
please offer some references or links to corroborate such dates besides Ussher. no one knows the dates of these so don't hang your hats on these.

i can see that this genesis veracity fellow knows nothing especially since God has stated that He has no beginning nor end, thus God was doing something prior to the creation of the world but it is not germane to our lives thus it will not be in the biblical record.
so there was no matter either, because matter requires time to respond to the second law of thermodynamics
please, please provide some credible reference to substantiate this statement, your word is not good enough.

so, before the beginning, by god's own argument, he didn't exist because there was zip nada, nothing, including hisself.

nothing = nothing. including god.

so if god was a something, despite his definition (prior to the creation) that there was absolutely nothing, then he gives the lie to his own argument from the git go.

this would indicate that, like the universe or humans, god was created by sumpin' else.

unless you have evidence that, contrary to his own evidence, god existed in a vacuum.

and nature abhors a vacuum.

biblical commentary please?

John, john, there was no matter, and therefore, no time, think about it, that is not to say that God didn't exist then.

You guys go crying to the moderator like a bunch of school kids.

that is not to say that God didn't exist then.

awfully weak statement.

so - bypassing your acknowledment that there was a universe before the universe -

-and that god is composed of neither matter nor time -

just exactly what was the previous universe composed of?

biblical references, please.

The universe is matter, so there was no previous universe.
