Hey Digit. You might get sprung soon. Although I'm heading up to Indiana tomorrow to visit my mother, I'll be checking in on my laptop. I'm hoping we hear from you maybe this weekend. That depends on what day you had surgery.
But I hope you ask for some serious pain medication to take home with you. Then we can make fun of you when you post. Looking forward to it.
Hurry home.

We should have asked dig to have his wife log in to give us a status report.
With any luck, Dig, we'll both be back on a full time basis at the same time.
Hope all went well.

Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

Terry.
Terry.
No Wi Fi in our local hoptials, they've only recently given up flint tools, but the dedication of the staff is beyond belief.
Sorry to here about your condition Terry but I think you'll agree that sort of thing has certain good points as well, you sure find out who your friends are!
Surgery was Tuesday, got back here a few hours ago to find my family have bought me a motor bike, surgery was almost worth it for that!
Three more wks to find out if I'm clear, but consultants seems pretty confident.
Your good wishes are a real boost, believe me, just hope none of you have to go through it though.
Bless you all!

Dunno for sure Monk, I was out of it at the time!
I was asked on the morning following surgery if I had slept well, I replied, "no one dies in their sleep round here do they?"
The consultant looked puzzled and asked what I meant.
I said, "I haven't had any! Every hour on the hour someone checked my blood pressure and my temp, then every hour on the half hour someone checked my drips and drains!"
He walked off grinning.

Yeah I did an over night in the hospital a few years back after a surgery. I finally managed to drift off when a young orderly awakens me at 3:30AM and says he wants to weigh me. Dunno if they thought I gained weight during the night or what. I sent him packing but never did get back to sleep afterwards.Digit wrote:.."no one dies in their sleep round here do they?"
Hope you're catching up with some rest now. Cheers, Digit.
