I have a desktop. Can you even go wireless on one of these? BellSouth says that they don't have enough people in my area to install new lines, so that kills DSL. We have thought of cable, but then since their installation charges are per foot from road to house. It would cost a kings ransom, we live over a quarter mile from the road. Plus I would have to give up DirecTv, and the cable stations here suck cause they don't carry my faves.

Pull out your book and find out if your machine has a slot for a wireless card. They look something like this.

Leona, we have something here called Roadrunner that comes over the cable.

And I thought satellite companies also provided internet access.

Thanks to me for annoying the hell out of the sweet guy that back up this board in Australia.

What went wrong? A drive in the server crashed and crashed hard.

Was it Frank's fault? Hmmmm....I suppose he could be lying about being in Texas. He could really be in the land down under....... It could be his fault.....
