Deal with it like Jehova's Witlesses need to be dealt with: break their foot in the door. They're asking for it, after all. Shouldn't have put their foot in...
There's a bonus attached: word gets around to the co-nuts that you are a footbreaker. From then on they'll probably give your front door a wide berth.
I used to 'welcome' their visits. Gave me a chance to hone my debating skills, not to mention humiliate them with my brilliant logic (cocksure adolescent myopia, of course

). Or so I thought anyway. Until it dawned on me that you don't get through to fundies. Ever! Not with any logic or reasoned argument.
Because they are fundies! Who unerringly consider themselves the chosen people. The Jedis. A better class of people than you.
There's no arguing with deranged, blinkered people like that. That's a waste of time. So occasionally I use them for their only remaining value: entertainment.
The sad thing is, though, that the cost of that entertainment is getting out of hand, considering all the terrible damage fundie movements – a.k.a. 'churches', denominations, religions, 'political' parties/movements, organised cultures etc. – have done over the millennia. And
are doing in our times as we speak: the 'Jihad', the paedophilia scandal, the holocaust, Stalinist purges, Maoïst famines, Khmer massacres, Hutu/Tutsi hackfests, "Hearts & Minds" strategies, American style
http://collateralmurder.com/, etc. etc.
The current "altar boy scandal" will fester on for the next century unless dealt with, but may also be, hopefully, the undoing of the Christian church. The current Jedis of the West.
Although that will tragically not really solve anything, of course, because other popular idolatries will always spring up to fill the void. All eventually proving to be hot air again. And so on, and so forth.
