I will vote for Hillary, too, if only because I can never imagine myself voting for a Republican ever again.

But I hope she does not win the nomination.

I'm still hoping Gore gets into the race.

Hillary is too divisive. More than that, I don't think this country is ready for a female president but especially not her. Ultimately, I don't think that white America would vote for Obama, either.

We can't stand 4 more years of Republican mis-rule while the Democrats make a point instead of trying to win an election. Gore would have a chance to win and it would give the country a chance to partially atone for the mistake they made in 2000.

I would hope that they'd pick Obama for the VP slot.

PS - check your math. The death toll in Iraq is nearing 3,500 and then there are the wounded who suffer in substandard medical care while Bush waves his "Support Our Troops" bullshit all over the landscape.

If Fred runs, he'll probably win it all.

The newly elected democrat congress has voted to fund the war in perpetuity. So much for the hopes of those who turned out to vote them in.

Charlie: "BTW, I think Hillary would make a great president. I think she'll get my vote."
Charlie, I think I know why you REALLY want to vote for Hillary! :D

Well, you have to remember, we had a 90% approval rating going into this war at the outset. That said, you've got to figure a good portion of the Democrats gave a thumbs up for invasion. Now we're in a situation where we have to carry through with our commitment to the Iraqi government and it's people. We have to make it a priority to get the hell out of there as fast as we can without betraying these people. It's a mess. :(
I agree with you Charlie. I'm referring to those people who ran on an ant-war platform to get elected. Now they're covering their asses.

Back in the 80's I thought we'd have better off with Bonzo....till we got him, too!

I wonder where Charlie is? Did he hurt his back or run out of rocks?
