So it's a limestone chert. Very nice. I'm sure it is favored
for knapping. Any minute fossils seen in that chert?
Bit's of crinoid stems perhaps?

I am actually starting to see something besides 'just rocks' when I look at your photos. I was showing a picture of a choppy thingy to my partner and said "see here is where the notch for the thumb is, so you can get a better grip"AARGH
