Well I have been following this thread for a while now and I sill don't see a pyramid. What I see is a big money machine. Just look at the pictures on the official site. There are tons of people there every weekend. If this is a hoax... it is working very well for the small town just at the foot of the mountain or "pyramid". I don't exclude the possibility of a pyramid being there, but from what I have seen up till now and how everything about this porject is handled, I have to say nay, sorry guys .. just diffrent layers of stone..

Ciko,
That still isn't evidence of a pyramid. Go back a couple of pages and read the posts on natural geological formations. You either didn't read them first time, or you're choosing to ignore them. I suspect the latter.
And yet again we're seeing the same recycled photos, but posted by different people this time. This entire story is assuming the proportions of visions of the Virgin Mary at Fatima for some people.

The document was downloaded from the Internet. Is it possible to get a copy directly from the faculty in Tuzla? In that case we would know that we have a real reference here. That would be my first step. Could somebody ask for a copy? Katherine? Doug?
I haven't had any luck in getting in touch with them. The urls I had for the University don't work. If you can provide working urls or email addresses send them to me at kat@hallofmaat.com

It is amazing the different formations that nature can create when rocks fracture ....

This btw is a naturally POLISHED appearing sandstone floor

This one is my favorite

The independent statements I've read say that these hills and mountains were formed when Africa slammed into southeastern Europe .. this fractured the rocks and thrust them upwards.

amazing ehy?

Yes it is...but they don't go up on four, equal, sides on the same angle.

Ciko, just a hint, the close up shots do nothing. It looks most like, like.... like something, in the longer range shots.

Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

The intensity about this excavation began immediately. Os is an amateur and most likely wrong. Everyone knows of the Roman post and the midieval castle.

When Zahi Hawass dispatched an Egyptian geologist, Dr. Barakat, to look at the site it was initially viewed as a step in the right direction. When Barakat said that he thought there might be a pyramid there, he was attacked relentlessly. His credentials were also questioned. I don't think I saw an attack on Zahi Hawass for sending him though.

I haven't seen evidence that Hawass sent him. If he did, it gets added to the list of silly things Hawass has done, which gets longer and longer.

Ah, the German Army says it's a pyramid, so it MUST BE!

Ciko,
How the hell could they discover a second layer of paving stones four feet ABOVE the first one? Are they digging this hill from the inside out or something? You remind me of the Iraqi information minister who insisted that they were winning the war, while American tanks trundled down the street behind him.
