Now that's a nice report!

Wish they compiled and released reports like that on e.g. Gobekli Tepe, Harrapa, or the centre of the Sahara.

Well...bibleinterp has an agenda but there might be other archeological reports around. I know I have one where Tel Aviv University ripped Eilat Mazar a new asshole for her "David's Palace" crapola.

Well, they may have an agenda
But they have set a new standard for quickness and quality.
No one seems to be trying to make a career out of this dig.

In 1987 members of the philanthropic Christian organization Blossoming Rose encouraged and financed a large-scale excavation of the site that continued through 1996.

Always have to watch this stuff, kb, that's how archaeology got in trouble early in the 20th century in the first place. Fortunately, the IAA is reliable.
