Over here Min that particular drug is freely available, has been for some time so probably isn't too expensive.

Over here there doesn't even seem to be much of a treatment for arthritis.

As I understand it Min the mice have been developed to mimic the disease in humans and are a reliable indicator to human responses, if so I'm damn sure it will be soon marketed on your side, and there's always the net!
