Doh!

A neighbour went away of the holiday and asked my wife if she would feed her cats for her.
The wife agreed and was shown where the food was kept and the litter etc and off they went.
The wife went round the next day but could not get the porch door open, eventually she put her shoulder to it and was able to enter the kitchen, where she found a note left for her informing her that the porch door jamned and would need a hefty push!

I'm not sure how sucessful they are in cutting crime Min but they take a lovely picture!

Well for a start RS's insistance on the 10 million is more than double the actual number, and of course if anything was effective in preventing crime there wouldn't be a lot of crime.
But they are quite effective in bringing the culprits to book.

Point taken Min. And no RS, I didn't get a speeding pic, neither again nor a first, plus the fact that the majority of your mythical 10 million CCTV cameras here are in stores.
