I doubt that they'll let anyone damage any of the walls in Tut's tomb, decorated or not. A century ago, they'd have documented the parietal artwork, then torn down the walls, saving the frescoes/murals for museum display...

A small hole could be drilled and a camera sent through.
If there is anything there, it would be easy enough to dig down from the top. If not, plug up the hole and no harm done.

If, and it's a big if, there are no other tombs above Tut's tomb. If I recall correctly, workmen's huts were constructed on top of Tut's tomb after a few generations of time had passed & the tomb was forgotten. It was first covered by flood debris, then the workmen's village. They were digging a new tomb, KV 63? I don't remember & don't feel like looking it up.
