Sometimes, simple prose says a lot more and very clearly too, as in the following;

There are many good reasons for drinking,
and one has just entered my head,
if I can't have a drink whilst I'm living,
how the fxxk can I drink when I'm dead.

I am a simple mechanical engineer who has offered up a view on the religous bodies in general, as far as I can make out I have only recieved 4 coherent replies from, (in order), Michelle, Minimalist, Forum monk, Digit, I can't make head nor tail of the others, or maybe I'm just dense? Regards, Cap.

Christianity, islam, buddhism, shinto, muslim, shi'ite, hindu, etc, etc, for goodness sake folks, how many pseudogods can one revere?, perhaps now you can see where I come from, good luck to anyone out there who finds comfort and ANSWERS from any of the above, everyone has their own God inside thems...

I see on tonights BBC News at ten that over 100 Anglican bishops marched through the capital to complain that the governments promise to eradicate poverty by 2015 was falling well behind it's timescale,(might as well call it limescale) isn't it a bit rich, that both the Anglican and catholic bodies ...

Unless you were actually there, this is all conjecture, of course, I realise the need to debate it but it.s like the adverts on tv, if you use calgon it MAY reduce the limescale in your dishwasher, but it does'nt take into account about where you live, here in Berkshire, no amount of calgol will hel...
