i read her website and this isn't going to be fun. all she says is hearsay and backs nothing up with scholarship or proof. she is probably the female version of marduk.

With any luck maybe she'll cast a spell on you!
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

i read her website and commented on that alone with my opinion on what i thought of her writing.

the reference to you was just pure baiting to see if you were still alive. nothing but humor intended.

oh right
so youre judging people now
isn't that a sin anymore then ?

this is an archaeological discussion board
religion shouldn't even come into it
when it does it just pisses everyone off

i wasn't judging her but offering a critique on her writing.
religion shouldn't even come into it
when it does it just pisses everyone off
so when you come across an ancient biblical text (i.e. the silver scrolls) you just throw it out because it doesn't belong??

you weren't talking about a religion related archaeological find
you were criticising her because of her belief system
should she start posting unsubstantiated crap about wicca at this forum i will be the first up to the gunsight
but where her personal beliefs are concerned thats up to her
you should know better

Hmmm Perhaps I need to introduce myself. I will be 52 in October. I am not a fluff bunny, I am not unintelligent, nor an uneducated woman. I am half Native American and half Italian. I am a generational "Wiccan", if that's what you want to call it.....since it wasn't called that back in my great grandmother's day.
i wasn't judging her but offering a critique on her writing.
I see the word "critique" there....do I have some typos? Something spelled wrong perhaps? I would appreciate any information as to my having mistakes on the site...please do let me know so I can fix them...I am assuming that is what you are referring to since you said it had nothing to do with my religious views. Thank you for finding them for me. Please PM with the info :)

As to my question. I understand that it may of been asked here before, and I do understand how it gets old. However, I am genuinely curious about it. My husband was raised in a family that were Christian fanatics! They were taught that Dinosaurs didn't really exists...not in the bible....I am wondering, if everything follows as in the bible, where does the cave man fit into the scenario? It is actually my personal beliefs that the bible holds a lot of truths, but not as many people see it. It has been rearranged, added to, things left out. I was not looking for religious debate here.....just answers to what I had asked. Perhaps it's a subject that is best not brought up here.

I am off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays....I will be around...I don't scare easily, if at all.
You laugh because I'm different. I laugh because you're all the same!

Check out my band if you have the time

I am half Native American and half Italian.

You must make a dynamite lasagna, LV.

Don't worry about arch. We smack him around a lot.
