Makes me a CroMagnon, the closest thing to a Neanderthal you'll see (my friends and enemies would agree) In other words, hi cousin!

The actual break down is a bit confusing for me. I have based my previous post on information provided by an analysis that is automated. I am not aware of the nuts and bolts in the automation so I can not say for sure. But the following is that break down. Perhaps it will make more sense to you.

I should point out, the analysis stated that it is a R1b weak match. But it does not provide any other conclusions of the run. So I guess this is the best result given the information.

If you plug your numbers into the search base at SMFG or Ysearch or Ybase, you can find out who else matches you, how far away the match is and from what country their furtherest known ancestor hails. Great fun.

I recently joined this site and have found some rather startling results regarding my strand. I am not hawking it, but I thought it relevent to the thread.
I am of the R haplotype from my paternal line that covers most of Indoeurope, and the Celtic Isles. But interestingly, there is also strong Asian influence from as far away as Japan in my line. I guess someone in my father's ancestry got around a bit :)
Any god watching me hasta be bored, and needs to get a life.
