Mmmm, more evil BP news. Looks like they were trying to screw the Southern Ute this time around. Having personally compiled natural gas royalty reports, it ain't that hard once the formulas are written. You take the ownership report and resulting interest formulas, plug in the production values vs. royalty percentages (always negotiable) and off you go.

The Republicans will defend this as "creative accounting."
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.
