I'll start taking Osmanagich seriously when he stops printing crap like this: www.bosnianpyramid.com/index_files/News.html
Not only has he discovered two "new pyramids" (now there's a surprise!), he also claims to have "anthropological evidence that Bosnia is the second oldest oasis of life in Europe".
Apparently, he has his carers' full permission to say that......

In particular, figure 16 seemed interesting because (either my eyes are failing me, or I'm imagining things) there seemed to be some sort of writing inscribed on the slab. Please forgive me if this has already been discussed, or is of no relevance.

Anyway, I decided to play around with the image a little, and think I made out some letters...

If there is something obvious I am completely missing, then please, disregard this post and myself, completely. ;)
Hi Stork,

Some time ago I tried to do just that kind of play with that picture, and couldn't figure out what was written in there. But anyway, don't forget that the human mind tends to recognize known patterns everywere it looks ,and can be easily misguided (as the many jesus faces in toasts or faces on mars etc. show). Anybody knows what should the correct procedure be in this case? what do professional archeologists do when they find such a blurred and erased writing? I know they filter and process pictures, but I suppose they also take good photos with hi-res and good lightning.

Anyway, I think that the origin of the alphabet is quite well known, and it is not as old as Osmanagic claims that pyramid to be.

Experts usually examine the "writing" under electron microscope to see if it's contemporary, natural or a forgery. They can tell how it was created, by what tools, and the presence of natural substances can give them clues as to its age.
There's also the option of infra red examination, which will show up any anomalies NOT visible to the naked eye.
Now feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I'm doing this from memory!

Ciko, did they lift one of those blocks to see what's under them? did they find any big square stone blocks? I've never been to egypt or mexico, but I know that their pyramids are made of really huge stone blocks.

Those blocks aren't standing right. You can't build a pyramid like that.

The more of these photos I see, the more obvious it is that they are part of a natural geological formation.

Keep them coming!

Correction: you see what you want to see. That's exactly the point of propaganda, and gullible people like you fall for it all the time.
Tell you what-you keep posting this tripe, and I'll keep ridiculing you. How's that for being scrupulously fair?!

Because that's what you want to see! Listen, if you're such an expert on this "pyramid", how come you can't even spot the blatantly obvious? Compare the slope on the left of that inset photo of the "stone blocks" with the picture of the hill itself. They're not even at the same angle!

Considering you admit to never having been there yourself yet, that comment is particularly amusing. You're obviously not THAT keen to see this "pyramid".
And you've taken it on yourself to "spread the word" have you?! I'm going to ask you one last time, and this time I expect an INTELLIGENT answer from you; how much are you being paid by the "Bosnian Pyramid Foundation" to be their Press Officer, since I can't believe you would voluntarily choose to publicly embarass yourself!
