A one-time mistake that killed 3 people, landed 7 severely wounded in hospital, and went on for TWENTY-EIGHT F..CKING HOURS straight. That's one helluva looong 'one-time mistake'! By a collective force of thousands supposedly NYPD 'professionals'.

This time they had a raving madman doing the dirty work, though, while they apparently collectively took their sweet time to finish their coffee and donuts, and ogling the waitress.
