Doug mentioned Ms. Zilka Kujundjic Vejzovic. This lady promised to prove that the first inhabitants were there 100 000 years ago.

This friend also brought to my attention that I made a mistake when I referred to Prof. Osmanagic in the context of a doctored report. Prof. Osmanagic, who is the father of our Os, was actually teaching at the Faculty of Mining, Geology and Civil Engineering in Tuzla and at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Sarajevo. He has a Ph.D. in mining engineering and his research results are published all over the world. Prof. Osmanagic was successful manager in the mining industry and he has very successful political carrier. http://www.bosnjaci.net/dobri_bosnjani.php?id=185
My apologies for the incorrect information, but it does not change my position. The report was doctored.
100.000 years ago? Fascinating. Since the earliest Homo Sapiens Sapiens in Europe only go back about 40,000 years. That gives some insight into her knowledge.
Our Os's father is a huge influence in this, politically and in other ways. Hardly an expert in ancient inscriptions though.
Last pictures show paved structure. It is clear that have equal distance between stones all around, and have tipicaly cut in-out plates on top...probably with better finish. That means it is more technical solution
used probably 5 BC.I think that Sam have missed the point with piramyd theory.
In the period of 7 bc to 3 bc "spiritual centres"in the Balcans have not been centralised city but many smoll willages mostly on the hills overlooking the walley.Later ,when these willages have grown come up building of single main city.On some places some willages ceased to exsist
and latter only one or two of the willages become place where city have grown. There are at least 20 places with different stages in the development trought Balcans. This is time to time giveing trouble to pinpoint right location of the cities from antic times even there are topographical informations based on distances from road markings left from Roman times.
Probably Visocica(Sun hill) is antic spiritual city wich have carried exsistence trought time, and rest of the hills are willages wich have ceased
probably during Roman times, and no memory have been left for these sittlements.
It is shame that there are no involvment from wider archeological comunity in Bosnia even Mr Osmanagich have asked them numerus times.
All this force and entusiasm can be usefuly used if there have been positive force throught.Even if there are no pyramid...this locations are of real prima importance for archeology. There are important reason for this.
Latter between 3 and 7 c AD these willages on the hills have been places where early christians have settled down building early christian basilics on and from the same material from these previous willages.basicaly from these have grown European civilisation what we know today.
Tunels and underground passages are not some pyramid tunels. In these antic times in the Balcans have at least 6 cities with simmilar design. We have records that most of the cities have secret pasages wich have been used in the times when enemy have been settled around the city for communication, for water supply and for escape rute.In one of these city there are underground tunel high 3 metters and probably long around 3,5 km.That city have lived trought 15 years of constant daily attacs on city walls from enemy.point is that without watter and food this city cannot survive that long.Even enemy with all that force never thinked for that reason and left the city on the end.Latter that city have fall down to the enemy
and have been saked, one of the reason is that tunel have been damaged behind posibility of repair.
Because those aren't pyramids in Bosnia, they're pyramid-shaped hills like the ones I just posted links to.
Osmanagich himself claimed that these hills in Visoko MUST be pyramids because nature doesn't create pyramid shapes by herself. Those British hills and mountains are the living proof that he- and his team of so-called "geologists"- don't know what they're talking about. Then again, neither do you.
How much more slowly do I need to explain it to you before you understand?!
Let me put it to you another way; myself and other members have consistently posted proof that our scepticism is well founded. All you have done so far is post links from Osmanagich's OWN website and claim them as "proof". Of what-your own stupidity/naivety/gullibility? (delete as appropriate). Are you even capable of FINDING evidence yourself to prove that these are pyramids Ciko, or are you quite happy for Osmanagich to tell you what to believe?
I think that everybody in this thread believes that there isn't a pyramid under that hill, but Ciko. And Ciko is a believer so he won't change his mind. It's like trying to prove to a fundamentalist that god doesn't exist. Completely futile.
I'm trying to follow the development of this story just for a little bit of schadenfreude...
Anyway, this is kind of off-topic but, did anybody hear this story about a hidden treasure (600 tons of gold) in Robinson Crusoe Island?
This article is dated on september 2005. This looked like a big hoax but I couldn't follow the story like I'm trying to do with the bosnian pyramid. I wonder if anybody here knows what happened to this (supposed) treasure.
No, I hadn't heard that story Alrom. Looks interesting though.
I can safely say I've finally lost patience with Ciko. You can't reason with someone who refuses to take incoming calls.
I think that everybody in this thread believes that there isn't a pyramid under that hill, but Ciko
Incorrect. I'm willing to wait until a definitive decision is made. Frankly it looks as if there is something man-made or at least man-"adjusted" there and given the nature of pyramids or ziggurats elsewhere in the world it does not have to be too specific in order to qualify.
Most of the pictures supplied, however, are useless for one reason or another. Further, the more important issue is WHO built/sculpted whatever is there and WHEN. Anything that lifts the veil of pre-history is useful but that will take more than uncovering a tourist attraction.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.
