1. Sorry we do not know why Mohenjo daro was abandoned but nobody would suggest it was a comet. And we do not know the exact date or decade or century. Some evidence exists that it was not abandoned in the same year

2. We do not have abundant records of anything from the 6th century in Western Europe. We have practically nothing from Britain, Gaul, Spain or North Africa. If you have these records you had better make them known.

We have to accept that sometimes we simply do not know.
