Pyramid or not it's obvious that is something made by man and is much older than Romans remains. Anyhow they need to find what is it. The good thing abot OS and his claims is that from now people in Bosnia when they start digging they will be careful with everything they find.
The 'pyramid' dig shows no signs of being careful and every sign of being hasty. It isn't obvious what has been found that is manmade, if anything, let alone its date.
What do the Chinese mounds (not pyramids, they are earth piled upon stone tombs and better known than the article suggests) have to do with this?
no RK-- i don't think you will find much common sense with anything related to this dig so i think it would be too high an expectation to have their adherents use any when they post.
i think oz has a book from van danigve (sp?) in one hand and another from hancok in the othe as he charges up the hill (so to speak). it would have been nice if os had real archaeologits or trained personel posting to this website instead of those mindless cheerleaders. at least then we would get some real information and not this groundless hype and national debate.
it has been almost 1000 posts and all we are debating is the opinion & nothing substantial.

For god's sake....for the THIRD and FINAL time, here are the reasons why archaeologists can't immediately run off to investigate every new find;

That's your idea of doing nothing?! It would be lovely if archaeologists had NOTHING better to do than drop everything and go dig every time some half-wit came up with a new "discovery", but REAL life isn't like that
I started as a sceptic concerning these hills,willing to accept they were pyramids,based on their physical features .I also was willing to be convinced by the satelite-analysis,the drilling,etc.Unfortunately it quickly appeared all the evidence was worked over and adapted to fit the theory of the pyramids .Carefull crossexamination of the pros and cons leave no doubt ,this thing is no hoax ,it is just a mistake ! transforming into a mass hysteria .Is there a way of starting a new forum on archaeological mass hysteria and others ?
At least some benefit would come out of this .Perhaps we can now learn for the first time how myths are created .

Then one who think they would welcome Oz's help, as he has seemingly overcome all those problems.

No, he hasn't. He's a rich playboy who has nothing else to occupy his time, so spending money on this project obviously isn't a problem. He's not doing it for mankind's benefit, he's doing it A) to pamper his own ego and B) to smooth the way for whatever project he's obviously got planned for Bosnia in the very near future.
The fact he claims to have spent 15 years studying pyramids is irrelevant; my husband studies racing form in the paper every day. It doesn't make him a horse trainer though, does it?
I have to tell you, my dear, that if I were a rich playboy I could think of better things to do with my time than dig up rocks.

Aly Abd Barakat, an Egyptian geologist sent by Cairo to assist Osmanagic's team last month, has said that the Visocica hill did appear to be a primitive human-made pyramid of uncertain age. Barakat said huge stone blocks found on the three sides of the hill used the same type of artificial cement used in ancient Egyptian pyramids.
This article speaks again about the archaeologist sent by "Cairo" to assist the dig. Can anybody tell me if any more info has been forthcoming about the artificial cement that he spoke of? If what he says is true, it is significant.
