Yep, X mt DNA.
The problem that the X2a proponents face is that Maritime Archaic culture suddenly appears
with no nearby cultural developments, at least none found to date.
They may have been submerged by rising sea levels,
but in my view that is unlikely- at least some artifacts should have shown up.
They haven't.
If you are spinning hypothesis about human DNA,
they have to agree with the archaeological evidence.
On the gross physical level, there is that height thing.
Christ, haven't any of you ever hung around with basketball players?
Or Osage or Cherokee?
If you try to ignore this gross physical data,
then you are going to end up facing Nephilim hypotheses, Alien Human hybrid hypothesis,
whatever the Mormons imagine, and other nonsense.
Moving on, the depopulation of the study area
matches up with other population shifts at the same time.
Impact Tsunami is a pretty good explanation for the observed data.
I will now proceed to get even worse -
I am beginning to wonder if the Great Atlantic Impact Tsunami
interrupted the Atlantic Conveyor,
leading to famine in Europe,
at the time of Tudalahiya,
and the migration of the Etruscans.
3 Oc 1Cimi in our calendar, anyone?
