On clearing the stones off the rock shelf, a new problem appeared. “The place we had predicted to be the entrance is situated under a huge rock hanging over the temple of Hatshepsut. The rock needs to be removed, also because it risks the lives of thousands of tourists, who visit the temple every year” , Prof. Niwiński explains.
There's your work force!! :D

Use the tourists? They'd probably get off on that, but somebody'd twist their ankle and sue.

Send Lehner out there with one of those dolorite hammers to break it into little pieces?

Should keep him busy for quite a while!
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

New Tomb?....I hope so!!!

Hmmmmm...this could be really exciting if this is truely a new unrobbed tomb. Any clue when that obstructing rock will be removed? Another unplundered pharonic tomb would be beyond sensational!

You know what I know as I got my info from that article. As soon as I hear something new I'll post it here. Yes, it could be huge.

The 21st Dynasty seems to have been a time of great upheaval in Egypt.

Hell, even I agree with him, there.

The US may not turn out enough science grads every year but we do manage a bumper crop of parasitic lawyers.......not to mention divinity students.

The holy dollar rules. Scientists don't make the big bucks, lawyers and preachers do. Plus scientists have to earn their money, while lawyers have paralegals to do the work and preachers just have to pass the plate on Sunday mornings, evenings and Wednesday nights.

Speaking of money, Bush, of all people, called on the Senate to approve funds for more science training! This from the guy who thinks that evolution and creationism are equivalent theories and that global warming is "junk science."

Meanwhile, NASA is blocked from launching earth observation satellites because we wouldn't want to upset the oil companies.

On the vikingship museum some american turist some years ago tuched one of the replica ships with her furcoat. The silly woman wanted to sue the museum, but of course she didn't get anything out of it. I dont think a danish court would take such a case on.

Good for them! Unfortunately, in this country the judges like helping the overpriced lawyers. Guess they remember when they started out and had to pay off college loans.
