Moses Invests? Be nice to the Jews They control ALL the worlds money. A classic image or a Jew was Greenspan, our national money guy. Perhaps he still is----if not---it will be a stein somebody with a middle eastern look and a big nose. All of our foreign deplomacy routes through Israel for approval before it is approved.

Archaeology has already proven it....just a bunch of lies created by ambitious priests to account for a supposed conquest that never happened but which they wanted to use to justify territorial ambitions as the Assyrian empire collapsed under the weight of Babylonian assaults.
You refusing to accept what science has proven is not science's problem... it is your's.
Keep worshipping god's stormtrooper if you like.

Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

Ah, yes.....Pat Buchanan with his Israel Amen Corner of the US Congress. I have no use for the guy but that was one of his better lines.

You don't want a serious discussion.
You want to discuss magic.

When you have your god throwing down fire and brimstone or making the sun stand still in the sky or turning people into pillars of salt or talking snakes or calming the storm or walking on water or raising the dead or resurrrecting themselves you are sqaurely in the realm of magic. And that is being polite about it. I usually use the word "bullshit."
Oddly, when any other faith utilizes any of the above motifs or something similar you denounce them as pagans.

That you are a hypocrite.
I thought that was obvious.

why would i be a hypocrite? would you call govts. murders because they use the death penalty or woul dyou say they were practicing punishment? That you are a hypocrite
i am not a death penalty advocate, so don't go there yet this does tie in with noah's flood in the way that God saw the wrong being done and He sent a punishment.
after all it is His world and His creation, he does get to do with it as He wants.just because you think it is wrong doesn't mean itis.

You are a hypocrite because you accuse any other religion that believes in magic of being pagans while your own reliance on magic is somehow different.
It is not.
You are all given to delusions.
I also oppose the death penalty...but your fucking bible wants people stoned to death for working on the Sabbath so don't go dragging up that lame argument again.

what proof is there that it was only a local flood/ i doubt you can prove the biblical flood tale false given the evidence we have recovered throughout the world.
i would like to see an objective, annottated, logical, scientific response that is concise and to the point with resource reference sans opinion, personal attack, inuendo, generalities and so on.

Perhaps Arch prefers to talk to me instead ? To answer a simple question with a simple answer .The desert came first ,then the camel .Evolution teaches that organisms adapt to varying environment .I tought Arch could at least understand that ,and if not foresee it as an argument any intelligent person could come up with .In his case it was too difficult .I had to tell him even that .Now just going back to Einstein for a second .His statement was made about the cosmologic constant ,which was a parameter introduced by him in the formula to explain the static nature of the universe as it was believed in those days to be static ..It was swept away after Hubble discovered the universe was expanding .The cosmolig constant was beleived to be by einstein the greatest blunder of his career .Hence the statement you are refering to .Much to my delight (and certainly his,had he been alive then ) the existence of the cosmological constant was discovered to be true and exact after his death .So the argument you used turns against you arch .More luck next time .
I think therefore I am

Oh just one more thing Arch sothe flood happened because there are stories allover the world about it ? What were the name of those gods described during the Gilgmesh epoch which predates the Noah story .I forgot but I didn't plan to invoke them anyway .One fairytale is worth another no more ,no less.
I think therefore I am
