If the west had been less of a religious society at the time when the early hominid remains had been discovered I feel we might have been able to get a better handle on the rise of man. HSN and others had to be demoted to shambling ape men who went around bashing their females over the head to fit into the preconception of 'Man in the image of the almighty.'
