I have a place in north Phoenix and live, part time, in Huntington Beach, 8 to 10 miles straight down the coast to the conference.

Better here for the summer than Phoenix

LOL. I'm in Surprise....although I'm in NY until Friday and can't wait to get back to some of that nice warm weather they are having.

I can't believe I lived in NY for 55 years and thought it was normal. These people are nuts!
