To answer your question OAS, it's been done before. It works like this. While you have argued with gv quite few threads have been trashed with off-topic talk.

OK - for the record - I don't know him, Marduk or anyone else. I've exchanged some PMs with Min and Starflower since joining.

If using facts to challenge a guy whose ideas are absolute lunacy to me is cause for people to raise eyebrows and accuse me of conspiracy with him then this ain't the place for me.

archaeologist is an amateur troll.

genesis veracity is a professional troll.

neither have, in my opinion,

any standing re:

discussion and argument about archaeology.

they both have fixed positions about religious history.

and archaeology at this point - to quote hemingway -

is a moveable feast.

which has nothing to do with jesus.

since we all have suffered from the marduk/doctor x games it is easy to wonder about you and G.V. especially given your prolific posting ability in a matter of a few days.

no one here really cares if you post or not and you are welcome to participate, but the quality of your posts, the frequency and the timing seems to give everyone pause.

i do not care if you engage G.V. because i generally ignore him and he needs someone to talk to, try to get him to agree to limit his activities to a couple of posts where he can stay on topic.

p.s. i also ignore john who has an unbalanced view of me and archaeology

Please, Oas, don't have a knee jerk reaction. I'm sorry but I felt the question needed to be asked.

Plus I noticed your comment about Marduk this am. I once offered the same deal to Marduk, to start a Sumerian thread. Same result - he wouldn't do it.

Let's move forward.
