You are describing yourself! I and all the others have given you facts and you dismiss them as unimportant. You see things through rose-colored glasses. Read your goddamn bible and leave us alone. The sad thing about it is that I think you're a fairly intelligent man who's been brainwashed into believing this horse-shit. They tried to brainwash me too when I was a kid, but I'm too intelligent to fall for it. I was forced to go to church every time the doors opened. I grew to hate it. As soon as I was old enough to stop going to that den of hypocrites I stopped going and I haven't been back since. My father is a deacon in that church and he's a good man. i just got done reading 'Mystery in Acambaro' by charles hapgood and it is a vewry good illustration of oneof the points i have brought up concerning 'expert's' and how they let so many factors influence their opinions and conclusions.

it was interesting to see how easily and quickly they declared something a fraud, without any real investigation, just because teh find did not fit their parameters exactly.

but it goes to show you that you cannot trust the process, the conclusions or opinions of these people because they allow them to be corrupted somewhere along the line. (key word is - allow)

You have no arcaheological evidence to support your beliefs; all you can do is stick your fingers in your ears and shout "La-La-La I'm Not Listening..." as a child would do. Understand that Dever and Finklestein, and the scores of others who are out there doing the work in the field no longer consider your bible to be a reliable history of the area. Find EVIDENCE. We all know your opinion and frankly, most of us consider it worthless.

this is funny especially since i listed two books that provide many archaeological discoveries that prove or coincide with the Bible. so you wishful thinking is undermined again.

Understand that Dever and Finklestein,

i could care less about those two just as you care less about the resources i put up. your men are just people telling you what you want to hear.

by the way-- you have the least archaeological posts of anyone, so what are you complaining about?

besides i can give you a list of books that provides more evidence for the bible and most would be non-religious. yet again you opened the door to this discussion (or someone did) so stop making it my fault.
