I think they are making a distintion between a building wall and a cave wall.

Not that I like lawyers, but they do have their reasons for existance.
The differance between a cave wall and a building wall has saved me a few bucks in court.
Judges seem to like guys that can pick the heck out of something we all think is obvious.
