HAARP?

Post by Ishtar »

Is this true or just another whacko conspiracy theory?

Japan and China blame the US HAARP Program For Catastrophic Earthquakes

Posted on June 11, 2008 by Eric A. Blair

Benjamin Fulford investigates a mysterious plasma weapon seen prior to the Niigata earthquake in July 2007 and Red, White & Blue HAARP lights near the epicenter prior to the recent quake in China. Taiwan satellites measured a 50% drop in ionospheric energy above the Sichuan epicenter on the day before the quake. Both earthquakes targeted nuclear military facilities… coincidence or war crime?

Watch the full video to hear and see what HAARP is and does with electromagnetic frequencies to control weather.

http://salonesoterica.wordpress.com/200 ... rthquakes/

Russian Foreign Ministry reports are stating today the Prime Minister Putin’s ’sudden’ diplomatic trip to France was made at the behest of China’s President Hu in order to ‘warn’ the European Union not to become involved with the US following what is widely expected to be a ‘retaliatory strike’ against the United States, and who the Chinese military has blamed for the catastrophic May 12th earthquake that has killed nearly 90,000 human beings.

Chinese and Russian military scientists, these reports say, are concurring with Canadian researcher, and former Asia-Pacific Bureau Chief of Forbes Magazine, Benjamin Fulford, who in a very disturbing video released from his Japanese offices to the American public, details how the United States attacked China by the firing of a 90 million volt shockwave from the Americans High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) facilities in Alaska.

So powerful was this shockwave, Britain’s Times Online News Service is reporting that the entire atmosphere over the Chinese earthquake zone became mysteriously changed 30 minutes prior to the 8.0 Magnitude Trembler:

Hi Rich

They've got film of the effect in the skies about 30 mins before the earthquake on Youtube:

Can someone explain to me how that alleged attack could trigger an earth quake?
Earth quakes are know to produce electro-magnetic effects, but the other way round?

There are two issues, really.

Did the US do it?

But just as seriously, do the Chinese think the US did it?

Because whether the US did it or not, if the China thinks they did it, it's Holy Shit time, given the propertion of the US economy that's underpinned and underwritten by the Chinese.

Now that you know this Ishtar, agents will be knocking at your door.

No.
HAARP obviously exists, in Alaska as a fixed antenna array aimed toward the ionosphere and can apparently produce charged particle activity and other unstated effects on the upper atmosphere.

So how is it alledged to have caused an earthquake deep underground on another continent? Its a laughable claim. Once again the evil govenment/military entity controlled by a rich elitist group of conspirators attempting to trigger world war to satisfy their nefarious purpose.

ALMOST CUT MY HAIR

by David Crosby

Almost cut my hair
It happened just the other day
It's gettin kinda long
I coulda said it wasn't in my way
But I didn't and I wonder why
I feel like letting my freak flag fly
Cause I feel like I owe it to someone
Must be because I had the flu' for Christmas
And I'm not feeling up to par
It increases my paranoia
Like looking at my mirror and seeing a police car
But I'm not giving in an inch to fear
Cause I missed myself this year
I feel like I owe it to someone
When I finally get myself together
I'm going to get down in that sunny southern weather
And I find a place inside to laugh
Separate the wheat from the chaff
I feel like I owe it to someone

hoka hey

Phew, that's a relief!

However, on a serious note. This thing is a weapon. The government doesn't pour mega dollars into toys for scientists just to play games with the atmosphere. It's a military weapon, and one day it will be used, and it may well turn out to be a weapon of mass destruction.

And talk about paranoid ... have you seen the 'Cautionary Statement' on its website?

What about the Hubbel telescope? Or the particle accelerator at Brookhaven National Lab?

Actually, what they need to do is spend more money on basic scientific research and less on weapons.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

Then why is HAARP on a military base, if it's not a military weapon?

We need science to show us the way through with global warming. The problem is so massive and yet solvable, if there is a will and a concerted effort behind it of government, big business, science and of course consumers. That's where the money should be going....otherwise, I don't know if there was ever was an Atlantis, but we are well on the way to emulating that story, imo.

Always assuming that your list is responsible for global warming Ish. Some 3000 scientists signed a statement last week stating that wasn't so. That's a far larger number than even the UN could drag up in their 'concensus' on GW being man made.

I think we're all responsible for global warming, Dig. Every single man jack of us.

I'm not blaming the scientists or government particularly. But both of those groups could invest more energy and money into helping us to reach a low carbon based and more energy efficient world.

Ish - how much does one big forest fire like they have in California add to the equation? Or how about just one volcano? Are we ever going to stop those?

No, you can't stop those. But imo that's not an excuse to be profligate with our use of energy, as we have been. There are things we can do not to add to the problem. I think there is also a danger, from what I've been reading, that weapons like HAARP can add to weather disfunctions, and this can increase the likelihood of forest fires.

There's a book called Angels Don't Play This HAARP and there's some excerpts from it here:

http://www.haarp.net/
Angels Don't Play This HAARP includes interviews with independent scientists such as Elizabeth Rauscher. She has a Ph.D., a long and impressive career in high-energy physics, and has been published in prestigious science journals and books. Rauscher commented on HAARP.

"You're pumping tremendous energy into an extremely delicate molecular configuration that comprises these multi-layers we call the ionosphere. The ionosphere is prone to catalytic reactions," she explained, "if a small part is changed, a major change in the ionosphere can happen."

In describing the ionosphere as a delicately balanced system, Dr. Rauscher shared her mental picture of it -- a soap-bubble-like sphere surrounding Earth's atmosphere, with movements swirling over the surface of the bubble. If a big enough hole is punched through it, she predicts, it could pop.

Physicist Daniel Winter, Ph.D., of Waynesville, North Carolina, says, "HAARP high-frequency emissions can couple with longwave (extremely-low-frequency, or ELF) pulses the Earth grid uses to distribute information as vibrations to synchronize dances of life in the biosphere."

Dan terms this geomagnetic action 'Earth's information bloodstream,' and says it is likely that coupling of HAARP HF (high-frequency) with natural ELF can cause unplanned, unsuspected side effects.

David Yarrow of Albany, New York, is a researcher with a background in electronics. He described possible interactions of HAARP radiation with the ionosphere and Earth's magnetic grid:

"HAARP will not burn holes in the ionosphere. That is a dangerous understatement of what HAARP's giant gigawatt beam will do. Earth is spinning relative to thin electric shells of the multilayer membrane of ion-o-speres that absorb and shield Earth's surface from intense solar radiation, including charged particle storms in solar winds erupting from the sun. Earth's axial spin means that HAARP -- in a burst lasting more than a few minutes -- will slice through the ionosphere like a microwave knife. This produces not a hole but a long tear -- an incision."
In a nutshell, I think we need to stop fucking around with nature and start to work with her instead.

And how can we tell he's not working with nature already? After all - isn't man a part of that very same nature too - or are we so different - so foreign - so separate from nature that we are not a part of this universe? Just as much as a refreshing spring shower is part of nature - so is a flood.
In fact - just because we are not consciousely trying to work with nature seems to suggest we are afterall following it blindly. That very nature that controls the universe also controls us.
So why should we stay our hand? Wouldn't that be working even more so against nature? Just to appease our own set of values of right and wrong, wholesome, or whatever?
