Well, you may or may not have wondered what I've been up to lately, since I haven't been here much. You may or may not think I'm crazy when I tell you. I may or may not lose what credibility I had with ya'll. But I'm gonna tell you anyway. BIGFOOT! Yep I'm a bigfoot hunter. I've been researching it a lot and I believe there will be a new species of "great ape" discovered in the next decade. I have been on one expedition in which I and a couple of friends just went to a likely location, one where a sighting has occured before, and we sat up all night and just listened. We heard three sounds which none of us could identify. All of us are avid outdoorsmen and know our critters. Anyway I'll tell you more if you're interested.
I hope you're all doing well.

Don't worry about it, Frank. I lost my credibility here ages ago. You may listen out for Bigfoots but at least you don't talk to the spirits!

Btw, should the plural of Bigfoots by Bigfeet?

Bigfoots, bigfeet, I'm not sure. There is a scientific name someone came up with, but I don't remember it. I just say, "them bigfoot critters".

Pithecanthropus is what I've taken to calling them. That was the original name used for Java man and Peking man. Now they are just called Homo-erectus. Some also say bigfoot are Gigantipithicus Blacki.

Hey, whatever keeps you out of trouble, big guy.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

Still waiting on your big breakthrough, Frank!

By the way, er... you may not realise this but I see your location is Texas. Looks like we're going to be neighbours sometime soon. Texas is pretty small, right?

We got plenty of room here, even though it seems like everybody wants to move to Texas. If you're looking for work now ain't a good time. At least it isn't in my area, northeast Texas. I love Texas, but right now, in summer, and no jobs available it sux to be here. Where abouts are you moving to? Wait until fall. It's 90's and 100's here for another couple months. (That's farenheit for you foreigners.)
Nope I ain't found any bigfoot yet. Heard some pretty strange stuff in the deep dark bayous, but nothing that would constitute proof. I know ya'll think I'm nuts, but if I'm right there will be repercussions throughout the scientific world...even archaeology. Besides it's a good way to kill a few hours in the peaceful woods. "Peaceful" is relative because the "wild" is incredibly violent. We heard an owl killing a rabbit one night. It wasn't pretty to listen to.

I once heard a rabbit put out a blood-curdling scream as it died. It literally chilled me as I never realized rabbits could be so pitiful sounding.
Another time, I too experienced an owl killing something in the middle of night, just outside of our tent. The sudden flury of large wings, the screech and squeal and then more wings at it ascended. I was on the verge of sleeping and it brought me out of my sleeping bag.

Maybe Bigfoot is online and keeping tabs on you, Frank?

Better watch your back.

It seems as though people are interested in bigfoot or something. Hmmmmm. Go figure. :?

I'm out of action for at least a short time. I just got out of the hospital today with extreme hypertension, 240/140, a minor stroke, and at least three herniated discs in my neck/back. My right side is still numb, they tell me that's not the stroke, but the discs. Regardless, it hurts like hell and it just generally sux. I'm ok, though. They gave me a lotta new drugs to take,( none for pain, damnit), and I need to adjust my diet somewhat and I haven't smoked a cigarette since last sunday. (please make some small allowance for my screwed up typing, spelling and phrasing. Still a little goofy.) I'm having a really bad year.

I hope for your sake that Bigfoot isn't masquerading as a doctor.

Sheesh. That smoking will mess you up, though. Do what they tell you, man. Feel better.
