One would think that the government would have better things to investigate....like those crooks on Wall Street.
Something is wrong here. War, disease, death, destruction, hunger, filth, poverty, torture, crime, corruption, and the Ice Capades. Something is definitely wrong. This is not good work. If this is the best God can do, I am not impressed.

I'll take what I can get.

Ego seems an assumption about him.

But if this is a fatal blow to his reputation and we can also assume he has salted the money away, he may be able to swallow his pride and join the colony of egoistical ex-despots on the south coast of France.
But he doesn’t seem to be the target.
The National Geographic Society is.
