I hope to be posting several oberservations over the next few days, and to use this as a place holder.
First, I believe that Guachoya was Vicksburg, the capitol of the Yazoo nation, based on the two hills:

The reconstructed diorama in the Courthouse Museum is very seriously flawed and needs to be replaced.
A lot of the site is under NPS ownership, the radio tower hill needs to be preserved, in my opinion.
