What struck me was the different styles, over long time spans, all at the same site.

I cannot think the location was independently discovered by each group.
It must have been a location whose presence was somehow passed on from group to group over time.

Each group had their own style, but they could not have missed the remains left by previous workers.
If we can find them after 13,000 years it must have been pretty easy for them.
