Alacahuyuk and Hattusas
Check-out the Hittite megalithic ruins at http://www.archaeology.org/online/features/turkey/, was it really that dry there when the Hittite empire flourished? And notice the Sphinx Gate at Alacahuyuk, and the Lion's gate at Hattusas, looks like it was cross of the cultures of Mycenae and Egypt, not surprising since Heth was a son of Canaan.
