Genesis Veracity wrote:Hey archaeologist, want to know why the Great Pyramid's base perimeter length just happens to be half a nautical mile, and why the length of the Egyptian royal cubit is what it is, and how the ancients measured and mapped the earth during the Ice Age? Read (for comprehension) article #2 at www.IceAgeCivilizations.com, and then let's see if you see any flaws in the analysis.

You have yet to grasp the GFM, but let's see how you do with this, do you see any flaws in that analysis?
no. Here is your first flaw.

The length of each side is 755.8 x 4 = 3023.4 feet (source wiki)
one nautical mile = 6076.1155 feet /2 = 3038 feet +/-

Off by .5% measuring the earth with a simple hand-held device (Celtic Cross), not bad, wouldn't you say?

And how do you explain all those precession numbers in ancient legends, just coincidence? Now put on your thinking cap.

Doctor X, do you think the length of the Egyptian royal cubit (20.632 inches) was determined with the distance from some pharoah's elbow to his finger-tip? How scientific!

Oh, so you think the length from a pharoah's elbow to his finger-tip changed? I guess they measured it first when he was a teenager, then later, is that what you're trying to say?

Since I'm proponing the ancient mapping finding predicated on a spherical earth, your question if I think the earth is flat is as stupid as your other stuff.

How is that supposedly contradicting the Bible (this will be good)?

Seems the biblical texts rather upset him.

Why?

Do you feel the average radius of the Earth has significantly changed?

Why do you think the radius of the earth has significantly changed? (I don't think it has.)

Can you say how I supposedly have "just disproven my delusion," or is it your little secret?
