That's exactly right. At some point in the 1830s, an ancestor of mine named Nancy Bear, who was likely 1/2 or 1/4, decided to opt for nothing. As such, 1/8 Isleta Pueblo is the only native ancestry I can prove.kbs2244 wrote:So, to the Cherokee, it was an all or nothing type thing?
